Vozrozhdenie Bank seeks to provide maximum transparency to its activities, within the framework of the current Legislation, in particular by the laws on state secrets and business competition. The Bank’s information policy is based on the principles of veracity, completeness, regularity, efficiency, and accessibility, and is aimed at allowing Shareholders to exercise their right to obtain information necessary for investment and managerial decisions, while protecting the confidentiality of information of the Bank.
