Vozrozhdenie Bank’s annual report has got the Moscow Exchange award

Annual report of Vozrozhdenie Bank for 2014 was featured in Top-3 in “Best annual report of a company with a market capitalization of up to RUB 30 billion” nomination of the XVIII Annual Contest held by MOEX and Securities Market Magazine. 149 companies participated in the Contest, 19 out of which were in one nomination with Vozrozhdenie Bank.

The jury was provided with analytical opinion prepared by the audit and consulting company KPMG. The analysis was conducted under the four content blocks:

  • Business model, strategy, goals and perspectives
  • Risks and opportunities
  • Corporate governance
  • Operating performance

The final decision was made by the jury of 16 experts including representatives of consulting, investment and management companies, information agencies, the Bank of Russia, professional associations and public organisations.

The experts marked conformance of the bank’s report to the best practices of information disclosure as well as the good visualisation developed to intelligibly present information on 2014 operating results of the bank to the wide range of readers despite sector-specific issues.

Since 1992, Vozrozhdenie Bank has publicly provided both Russian- and English-speaking audience of shareholders, investors and clients with data on its financial results, banking sector and development strategy, on risk-management, social and environmental policies and other up-to-date information across all its businesses.

Annual Report Contest is one of the brightest events in investor relations community in Russia. Its strong track record proves that a well-done annual report can help to inform the market on the company’s performance and attract attention of the clients and partners.
