Member of the Board of Directors of Bank Vozrozhdenie has increased his share in the Bank’s authorized capital

Otar L. Margania, a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Vozrozhdenie, has increased his share in the Bank’s authorized capital from 9.39% to 18.65% as he notified the Board of Directors. These shares were purchased on the secondary stock market. Change of ownership was registered on April 20, 2010.

Otar L. Margania was born in 1959. He graduated from Leningrad State University in 1985 and devoted 15 years to science.

Otar L. Margania has been a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors as an independent director for more than 5 years and since 2008 a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie HR and Remunerations Committee.
