Payment of the second coupon income on bonds of Bank Vozrozhdenie

Bank Vozrozhdenie has paid coupon income on bonds. The amount paid was equal to 133.89 million rubles or 44 rubles 63 kopecks per one bond.

Debut issue of Bank Vozrozhdenie corporate ruble bonds of series 01 was placed for the amount of 3 billion rubles in March 2007. According to the results of the auction the rate of the first coupon was determined by the Issuer at a level 8.95%. The debut bonds of the Bank mature in 3 years. The coupon period of the issue is 6 months. The coupon rate is fixed and equals to the rate of the first coupon.

The income on Issuer’s securities was paid by funds transfer in Russian rubles. The commitment is fulfilled in full volume.
