State registration of the second bond issue

On September 3, 2007 the Bank of Russia has registered the Bank Vozrozhdenie issue of interest-bearing non-convertible secured documentary bonds of series 02 payable to bearer with obligatory centralized keeping and without option of early redemption. The issue was assigned with the state registration number 40201439B. 5 million bonds with the nominal value of RUB1000 will be issued through the open subscription. Maturity of bonds was settled as 3 years.
