Standard & Poor’s analyzed 30 major Russian banks in their survey “Transparency And Disclosure By Russian Banks: Modest Improvement And Better Ownership Disclosure Create New Leaders”.
While studying Transparency from the shareholders perspective, the agency analyzed banks’ charters, minutes of contents of the shareholders meetings, and information disclosure policies. Bank Vozrozhdenie was the top bank in these terms.
