The General meeting of the Bank Vozrozhdenie shareholders is held

The General meeting of the Bank shareholders was held to summarize the work performed in 2007 and to determine the guidelines for the current year and to declare dividends.

The expedience of the business model developed by the Bank was confirmed by American Fund Brysam Global Partners that became one of major shareholders of the Bank. Robert Willumstad, the Fund Managing Partner, became a member of the Bank Board of Directors and Head of the Personnel and Remuneration Committee.
