Vozrozhdenie Bank is one of the major Russian financial and credit institutions and is developing as a personal bank for corporate and private customers providing financial services throughout all Russian territory.

Currently Vozrozhdenie Bank offers services to over 1.2 ml retail customers.  The Bank is included in the deposit insurance system and traditionally is among top ten Russian banks by the volume of retail borrowed funds, focusing on the balanced development of assets and fund sources. Retail deposits account for 40% of the Bank’s liabilities.

Vozrozhdenie Bank is aimed at developing and supporting small and media-sized business. Among the Bank’s customers there are over 49,000 manufacturing, construction, transport, agricultural and other industries enterprises. By the results of the published research on the corporate customers’ loyalty, prepared by International marketing agency TNS in 2007,  Vozrozhdenie Bank has entered top ten European and World banks. 85 from every 100 questioned corporate customers consider the Bank as a principal one for their company and remain loyal to Vozrozhdenie Bank.

Branch network of Vozrozhdenie Bank covers 176 offices in 20 regions of the country, its own network of ATMs comprise more than 600 units. Specialized mortgage centres of the Bank operate in such cities, as Moscow, Volgograd, Volzhskoe, Stavropol and Taganrog. The Bank is focused on developing its retail network in Central, Northwest and South regions of Russia.  

Vozrozhdenie Bank is a Principal Member of International payment systems Visa and MasterCard since 1998. In November 2007, the Bank issued its millionth bank card, all the Bank’s cards are chip cards. The Bank’s own processing centre has been operating since 1998.  The developed infrastructure has allowed the Bank to implement 7 thousand payroll projects for its corporate clients. Over 100 thousand cardholders use the information service «Your account 7×24», which enables to receive information about their account state 24 hours 7 days in real time mode both in the form of SMS and through Internet site. Vozrozhdenie Bank provides services to 1.8 thousand points of sale accepting bankcards as payment for goods and services.

Vozrozhdenie Bank is one of a few Russian banks, which shares are freely listed on stock exchanges both in Russia and foreign countries. In 2007 the Bank placed its 20^th share issue, by results of which the number of the Bank’s securities in circulation grew up to 25 ml items. As a result of the successful placement, equity capital of the Bank increased by RUR 4.6 billion. In the past year, Vozrozhdenie Bank carried out its debut emission of the three-year corporate bonds in the amount of RUR 3 billion.

In the opinion of Standard&Poor’s, Vozrozhdenie Bank is the most transparent of the Russian banks with regard to shareholders and investors. Reliability of Vozrozhdenie Bank has been confirmed by International rating agency Moody’s Investors Service, which in 2007 upgraded all previously assigned ratings. By all ratings the forecast is «stable».

Since 1991 the Bank has been providing its financial reporting in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).  ZAO PricewaterhouseCoopers Audi» is the auditor of the Bank.
