In 2012 Bank Vozrozhdenie improved its position in Top 500 Banking Brands by 28 places and was ranked 469th (497th in 2011). Thus, the bank became one of Top 10 most valuable Russian banking brands.
According to Brand Finance, an independent global consulting company focused on brand valuation and management of intangible assets, Bank Vozrozhdenie’s brand value stood at USD138 million.
To calculate the strength of banking brands Brand Finance analysts performed valuation on a scale of 0 to 100 of a number of attributes such as financial, brand equity, market share and profitability. Analysts considered the bank’s financial indicators on core operations, competitive positions on key markets and provided forecasts for a five-year period.
