Total amount of dividends accrued on:

Amount of dividend accrued on:

– one ordinary non-documentary registered share with nominal value of RUB 10 – RUB 0,50;

– one preference non-documentary registered share with a fixed dividend and nominal value of RUB 10 –         RUB 2.

2.9. Form of paying income on the issuer’s shares (funds, other property)

For legal entities – by funds transfer in rubles of the Russian Federation;

for individuals – by funds transfer or in cash in rubles of the Russian Federation.

2.10. The date when the Issuer’s commitment shall be fulfilled and in case the commitment shall be fulfilled by the Issuer within the certain term (period of time) – the deadline.

Dividends were paid from August 20, 2007 till August 28, 2007 by funds transfers in accordance with banking details recorded in the Shareholders Register system of of Bank Vozrozhdenie. If banking details were not available, dividends to individual shareholders were paid through cash offices of the Bank’s branches. The deadline was August 28, 2007.

2.11. Total amount of dividends paid on the issuer’s shares

RUB 11,955,520.50 (Eleven million nine hundred fifty five thousand five hundred twenty rubles fifty kopeks).

2.12. The fact of fulfillment or non-fulfillment (default) of the issuer’s commitment.

Commitment was fulfilled partially.

2.13. In case of non-fulfillment of the Issuer’s commitment the reason for such non-fulfillment shall be stated, and with regard to monetary obligations or other commitment, which can be expressed in monetary terms – also the amount of such non-fulfilled commitment in monetary terms.

The reason for partial fulfillment of the commitment is non-availability of shareholders’ banking details for transferring dividends to the Bank Vozrozhdenie’s branches, as well as for shareholders who chose to receive dividends in cash, not presenting themselves at the Bank’s branches.

The amount of non-fulfilled commitment in monetary terms: RUB 1,007,836.50 (One million seven thousand eight hundred thirty six rubles fifty kopecks).
