Dmitry L. Orlov, 1943

Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board. Member of the Bank’s Board of Directors

Mr. Orlov is Chairman of the Management Board of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation Endowment Fund, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation, a member of the Board of the Russian Banks Association, and a member of the Board of Representatives of Authorized Banks for the City of Moscow.

He graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute (now — Finance Academy under the Government of Russia).

Mr. Orlov had been working in Gosbank system for about 20 years and in 1988 he became the Head of the Moscow regional Department of USSR Agroprombank.

Mr. Orlov has been working with the bank since its foundation in 1991. Earlier he was the General Manager of Agroprombank of Moscow Region, which successor is Bank Vozrozhdenie.

Mr. Orlov was honorary titled as «Honored economist of the Russian Federation» and was awarded with the Honor «For the contribution to the Moscow Region» and the Honor of the Governor of Moscow Region «Thank you».

Tatiana F. Gavrilkina, 1959

Deputy Chairwoman of the Bank’s Management Board

She is responsible for financial planning, financial strategy, budgeting and relations with tax authorities.

Mrs. Gavrilkina graduated from the Moscow Finance Institute (now — Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation). She has been working with the bank since its foundation. Previously she was a Head of Bank’s Financial Department, Deputy Head of Resources placement Department and Head of Liquidity management Department.

Lyudmila A. Goncharova, 1958 

Deputy Chairwoman of the Bank’s Management Board. Member of the Bank’s Board of Directors

Mrs. Goncharova manages Economic Council, Credit and Investment Bank’s Committee, Client Committee. She is also responsible for activity of Credit, Corporate Business, Restrucruring of assets, Legal Departments of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

Mrs. Goncharova graduated from Ternopol Institute of Finance and Economics. She has been working with the bank since its foundation.

Mrs. Goncharova is also a Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of V-REGISTR CJSC, Member of the Board of Directors of Baltiyskiy Kurort LLC and OJSC Yunost’.

Mrs. Goncharova was awarded with the Honor «For the contribution to the Moscow Region», the Honor of the Governor of the Moscow Region «For service» and was honorary titled as «Honored economist of the Moscow Region».

Alexander V. Dolgopolov, 1961 

Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board. Member of the Bank’s Board of Directors

Mr. Dolgopolov heads retail banking, shareholder relations, marketing, operations with cash and AML/CFT.

He graduated from Moscow G. V. Plekhanov Institute of National Economy with a Candidate of Economic Science degree. Mr. Dolgopolov has been working with the bank since 1994.

He has a qualification certificate which gives him the right to carry out a professional activity on the securities market.

Mark M. Nakhmanovich, 1957 

Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board

Mr. Nakhmanovich heads the bank cards business and is responsible for IT operations and security.

Mr. Nakhmanovich graduated from Moscow K. A. Timiryazev Academy of Agriculture. He has a Candidate of Economic Science degree.

Mr. Nakhmanovich had been a Financial Director of ZAO “Belaya Dacha”. He has been working with the bank since 1993.

Yuri I. Novikov, 1962

Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board; Head of the Bank’s North-Western Inter-Regional Centre (representative office of the Bank in the North-Western federal district and economic area)

Mr. Novikov graduated from Leningrad State University and has a degree of Doctor of Economic Science. He has been working with the bank since 2003.

Mr. Novikov had been an Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of “North-West Telecombinat” of St.Petersburg and then he became its Chairman. Also Yuri was a member of the Council of “National fund association”..

Dmitry A. Strashok, 1951 

Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board.

Mr. Strashok is responsible for accounting, settlements, credit risk control, information security and depositary operations.

He graduated from the All-Union Institute of Agriculture.

Previously Mr. Strashok was a head of the Financial Division of the Agriculture Moscow Oblast Administration. He was a member of the Board of Directors of OJSC “Sherrizon”.

He has been working with the bank since 1994.

Andrey A. Shalimov, 1973

Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board

Mr. Shalimov is responsible for the activity of the Treasury, Credit Risk Control and Financial Institutions Departments, and Investor Relations Division. He has been working with the bank since 1993. Previously Mr. Shalimov was Deputy Head of Liquidity Department and Head of Treasury.

He graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of Russia and from the State University — High School of Economy.

Rushan A. Abdullin, 1968

Head of Banking Technologies

Mr. Abdullin graduated from the Finance Academy under the Government of Russia. He has joined the bank in 1993 and started his career from the position of economist in Bank’s Accounting Department.

Alexander A. Bolvinov, 1962 

Head of Administration Department    

Mr. Bolivinov graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO). Previously he was a General Director of JSC “Amarillis M”.

Mr. Bolvinov has been working with the bank since 2000.

Sergei N. Malinin, 1963

Head of Corporate Department

Mr. Malinin graduated from Moscow G. V. Plekhanov Institute of National Economy. He has been working with the bank since 1993. Previously he had been a chief economist of the Securities Division of the Securities and Investments Department and later he became a head of the Bank’s Development Department.

Mr. Malinin is also a Member of the Board of Directors of OJSC Avista.

Alla A. Novikova, 1957 

Chief Accountant

Mrs. Novikova graduated from Moscow Railway Institute. She has been working with the bank since its foundation. Previously she was a deputy Chief Accountant.
