Otar L. Margania, 1959

Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Margania is the Dean of the Economics faculty of St Petersburg State University. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bank Vozrozhdenie (former Supervisory Council) since 2003 and was a member of Human Resources and Compensation Committee in 2008-2010.

Mr. Margania graduated from the Leningrad State University in 1985 and dedicated 15 years to science.

In 2009 he was awarded with an Order of Honor in accordance with the President’s of Russia decree.

Dmitry L. Orlov, 1943

Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board

Mr. Orlov had been working in Gosbank system for about 20 years and then became the Head of the Moscow regional Department of USSR Agroprombank. He heads the bank as the Chairman of the Management Board since 1991 and is a member of the Board of Directors (former Supervisory Council) since 1994. 

Mr.Orlov is a member of the trustee fund of the Moscow Financial University under the Government of Russia; a member of the Russian Banks Association; a member of the Representatives Council of Banks Authorized by the mayor of Moscow.

Mr. Orlov graduated from the Credit faculty of Moscow Finance Institute in 1968.

He was honorary titled as “Honored economist of the Russian Federation” and awarded with the medal of the order and the order of Ivan Kalita, medal “In memory of 850^th Anniversary of Moscow”, medal “For Strengthening Military Cooperation”, the honorary sign “For contribution to the Moscow Region”, the honor of the Governor of Moscow Region “In Gratitude”, the Honor of the Governor of Moscow Region “For Service”, the honorary sign “For Impeccable Service to the City of Moscow”.

Ludmila A. Goncharova, 1958

Deputy Chairwoman of the Bank’s Management Board

Mrs. Goncharova manages Economic Council, Credit and Investment Bank’s Committee, Client Committee. She is also responsible for activity of Credit, Corporate Business, Asset Restructuring and Legal Departments of Bank Vozrozhdenie. Mrs. Goncharova has been working with Bank Vozrozhdenie since the moment of its foundation. She is a member of the Management Board since 1991 and a member of the Board of Directors — since 1996.

She graduated from Ternopol Financial-Economic Institute in 1979.

Mrs. Goncharova is also a Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of V-REGISTR CJSC, Member of the Board of Directors of Baltiyskiy Kurort LLC and OJSC “Yunost”.

She was awarded with the medal of the Order of Ivan Kalita, the Honor “For the contribution to the Moscow Region”, the Honor of the Governor of the Moscow Region “For service” and was honorary titled as “Honored economist of the Moscow Region”.

Alexander V. Dolgopolov, 1961

Deputy Chairman of the Bank’s Management Board.

Mr. Dolgopolov heads Shareholder Relations, Retail banking, Operations with cash and Marketing Departments of the bank. He has been a member of the Board of Directors (former Supervisory Council) since 1997. Mr. Dolgopolov has been working with the bank since 1994, while since 1996 he is a member of the Management Board and since 1997 — member of the Board of Directors. 

He graduated from Moscow G. V. Plekhanov Institute of National Economy in 1985. Mr. Dolgopolov has a Candidate of Economic Science degree and qualification certificate which gives him the right to carry out a professional activity on the securities market.

Mr. Dolgopolov was awarded with the Honors of the Governor of the Moscow Region “In Gratitude” and “For Contribution and Dedication”.

Nikolay S. Zatsepin, 1951

Non-executive Director

Mr. Zatsepin has been CEO of ZAO Mozhaisk Wholesale and Retail Trade Company since 1997. Now he is also the General Director of LLC SP-Dorohovo-NK and the Director of LLC Edelweiss. Previously he was a deputy CEO and CEO of “Mozhaisk forestry trading company”. He is a member of the Board of Directors since 1994 and is a member of the bank’s Audit Committee.

Mr. Zatsepin graduated from the Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in 1980.

Oleg I. Lapushkin, 1941

Independent Director

Mr. Lapushkin is a Consultant to FBME BANK Ltd (Cyprus). He had been a General Manager of the Cyprus division of Vneshtorgbank since 1992 and a General Manager of the Russian Commercial Bank since 1994.

He was elected to Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors in 2011 and is a member of the Audit Committee of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

Mr. Lapushkin graduated from Moscow Finance Institute in 1963.

Yury M. Marinichev, 1937

Non-executive Director

Mr. Marinichev is a Chairman of the  Board of Moscow Regional Union of Consumer Cooperation. Previously he was a Chairman of this organization.  He is a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors since 1994.

Mr. Marinichev is a member of an International Academy of Information, Information processes and technologies.

Mr. Marinichev has two higher degrees. He graduated from Moscow Transport Institute and from Moscow S. Ordzhonikidze Institute of Economics.

He was awarded with Honors “For the contribution to the motherland” of IV class and “Honor Sign”.

Nikita S. Mikhalkov, 1945

Independent Director

Mr. Mikhalkov is a film director, script writer, actor, producer and a public figure. He is a National Artist of RSFSR, three times he was awarded with of State Award of Russia. He is a member of the Presidium of the Culture and Art Council under the president the Russian Federation.

Mr. Mikhalkov graduated from Producer Faculty of All-Russia State Institute of Cinematography in1971.

He is the Chairman of the Management Board in “Studia TRITE” LLC, the Chairman of the Russian Cultural Fund Management Board, and the Chairman of The Union of Russian Cinematographers.

Movies of Mr. Mikhalkov were generally recognized and have got a great number of awards: Oscar in 1994 for the movie “Burnt by the sun” and Special prize “Golden Lion” of the Venetian film festival for the movie “12” in 2007.

He was awarded with such Honors as “Labor Red Banner”, “For the contribution to the motherland” of IV, III and II classes as well as the Honor of Sergey Radonezhskiy of the I class. He is a Knight and a Commander of Légion d’honneur (France). He was also awarded with Knight Grand Cross and Vittorio De Sica prize.

Mr. Mikhalkov was awarded by the highest Russian public honor “For the labor and Motherland” of Alexander Nevskiy.

He became a Member of the Bank’s Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors in 2007 and now he is a member of Bank’s Human Resources and Compensation Committee.

Vladimir G. Panskov, 1944

Independent Director

Mr. Panskov is a Doctor of economic science, professor of the All-Russian Financial and Economic Institute, professor of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, a member of the Board of Directors of Commercial bank Bankhaus Erbe.

He was elected to the Board of Directors in 2008. Mr. Panskov is the Chairman of the Audit Committee of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

He was an Auditor of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Panskov graduated from Moscow Financial Institute in 1965 and from the postgraduate studies — in 1971. 

He was awarded with medals “Honor” and “Veteran of labor”.

Yuri V. Poletaev, 1943 

Independent Director

Mr. Poletaev is a member of the Human resources and Compensation Committee of Bank Vozrozhdenie.

He was elected as a member of the bank’s Board of Directors in 2008.

Mr. Poletaev had been the Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Board of Directors of Vneshtorgbank he also was taking a position of the Director of Moscow National Bank of London.

He graduated from Moscow Financial Institute in 1965.

Viktor V. Khartov, 1955 

Independent Director

Mr. Khartov is a chief designer and CEO of FSUE “Sceintific and production union named after S.A.Lavochkin”. Previously he was a deputy chief designer on electricity planning and management system JSC “Informational satellite systems named after M.F.Reshetnev”.

He was elected to Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors in 2010.

Mr.Khartov graduated from “Tomsk polytechnic university” in 1978. He is a Doctor of Engineering science and associate professor, Laureate of Government prize in the field of science and technic for 2008, Honored designer of Russian Federation — 2009.

Mukhadin A. Eskindarov, 1951 

Independent Director

Since 2002 he was a first pro-rector and since 2006 rector of Federal State Educational Entity “Financial Academy under Government of the Russian Federation”. Since June 2010 Mr. Eskindarov is a rector of Federal State Budgetary Education Entity “Financial University under Government of the Russian Federation”.

He was elected to the bank’s Board of Directors in 2010 and now is a Head of Human Resources and Compensation Committee.

Mr. Eskindarov graduated from Moscow Finance Institute in 1976, “finance and credit” specialization.  He is got a Doctor of science degree, professor and honored scientist of the Russian Federation.
