Mihadin Abdurakhmanovich Eskindarov, 1951 (Chairman)

Independent Director

Mr. Eskindarov graduated from Moscow finance Institution in 1976 with profession of “finance and credit”.

Since 2002 he was a first pro-rector and since 2006 rector of Federal State Educational Entity “Financial Academy under Government of Russian Federation”

He is got a Doctor of science degree, professor and honored man of science of Russian Federation.

Mikhalkov Nikita Sergeevich

Nikita Sergeevich graduated from Director Faculty of All-Russia State Institute of Cinematography in1971.

Nikita Sergeevich is a Film Director, script writer, actor, producer and public figure. He is a National Artist of RSFSR, three times was awarded with of State Award of Russia. He is a member of the Presidium of the Culture and Art Council under the president the Russian Federation.

Nikita Sergeevich is the Chairman of the Management Board in Studia TRITE LLC, the President of the Russian Cultural Fund and the Chairman of The Union of Russian Cinematographers.

Movies made by Nikita Sergeevich were generally recognized and have got a great number of awards like: Oscar in 1994 for the movie “Burnt by the sun” and Special prize “Golden Lion” in Venetian Filmfest for the movie “12” in 2007

Nikita Sergeevich was awarded with such Honors as “Labor Red Banner”, “For the contribution to the motherland” of III and II classes as well as the Honor of Sergey Radonezhskiy of the I class.

He is a Knight (1992) and a Commander (1994) of Legion d’honneur (France).

In 2004 he was awarded with Knight Grand Cross and Vittorio De Sica prize (Italy).

In 2005 he was awarded by the highest Russian public honor “For the labor and Homeland” of Alexander Nevskiy

Currently he is a member of the HR & Compensations Committee of the Bank’s Board of Directors.

Poletaev Yuri Vladimirovich

Yuri Vladimirovich graduated from Moscow Financial Institute in 1965. His specialty was Finances and Credit.

He had been the Chairman of the Management Board and a member of the Board of Directors of Vneshtorgbank he also was taking a position of the Director of Moscow National Bank of London.

Currently he is a member of the HR & Compensations Committee of the Bank’s Board of Directors.
