In accordance with the approved plan for 2009-2010 the Audit committee of the Board of Directors hold 9 meetings as voting in absentia (by completing the relevant questionnaires). In total the Audit Committee has discussed 36 items.

Panskov Vladimir Georgievich (Chairman)

Vladimir Georgievich graduated from Moscow Financial Institute in 1965. His specialty was Finance and Credit. In 1971 he has finished post-graduate course of Moscow Financial Institute. He is a Doctor of economic sciences, a Professor of the Moscow Institute of National Economy named after G.V. Plekhanov, a member of the International Academy of Corporate Governance and the Russian academy of the natural sciences.

He had been an Auditor of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation.

Currently he is a professor of the All-Russian Financial and Economic Institute.

Vladimir Georgievich heads the Audit Committee of the Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors.

Vladimir Georgievich was awarded with medals “Honor” and “Veteran of labor”.

Valeriy Petrovich Zhigulich, 1952

Independent Director.

Mr. Zhigulich graduated from Sverdlovsk Institute of National Economy in 1980.

Mr. Zhigulich is a General Director of Federal Scientific Manufacturing Company “Krasnogorsk plant named after S Ŕ. Zverev” since 2006. He became a member of the Bank’s Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors in 2007.

He was a titled as “Honored economist of the Russian Federation», “Honorable mechanical engineer”, “Honored worker of arms industry”, he is also a laureate of Russian Federation Government prize in the field of science and engineering.

Zatsepin Nikolay Stepanovich

Was born in 1951

 Nikolay Stepanovich graduated from Moscow Institute of Civil Aviation Engineers in 1980.

In 1980 Nikolay Stepanovich became a Deputy General Director of Mozhaisk timber trading company and since 1981 he had been General Director of that company.

He has been the General Director of CJSC Mozhaisk wholesale and retail company for more than 15 years. Nikolay Stepanovich is a General Director of LLC SP Dorokhovo-NK and the Director of LLC Edelweiss

He has been a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie Board of Directors for more than 15 yearsand a member of Bank Vozrozhdenie Audit Committee.
