List of Documents Required for Making Entries in the Shareholder Register in Case of Pledging Shares or Pledge Termination

• In case of pledging shares:

• mortgage registry order;
• consent of the share property participants to pledging of securities (in case of the joint share ownership of the pledged securities) in writing.

• In case of termination of shares pledging as a result of non-fulfillment of the liability under pledging of shares as a security:

• mortgage registry order;
• court judgement or purchase and sale agreement under which the claims of the Bank’s branch on the loan, secured by pledging of shares of the Bank Vozrozhdeniye (OAO), are to be met.
