• Form for registration in the shareholders register completed by a legal entity;
• Copies of statutory documents certified by notary or registration authority;
• Copy of the document about company’s state registration certified by notary or registration authority;
• Specimen of signatures and seal impress certified by notary;
• Documents confirming job appointments of the persons being entitled to act on behalf of the company without power of attorney on the basis of the Charter.
