List of Documents Required for Making Entries in the Shareholder Register about Transferring Share Title to Other Persons

• In case of transferring share title as a result of purchase and sale, exchange or donation:
  • order of transfer.
• In case of transferring share title by inheritance:
  • notary certified certification of the inheritance right by law;
  • form for registration in the shareholders register completed by a heir.
• If in the certificate of the inheritance right several successors are stated, additional documents must be completed:
  • order to introduction of alterations in the register according to the certificate of the inheritance title for each successor;
  • severance of property agreement on which an owner’s signature is certified by notary.
• In case of transferring share title by a judgment of judicial or other authority bodies in compliance with the effective legislation:
  • copy of the effected judgment of the court and certified by the court;
  • writ of execution.
• In case of transferring share title as a result of reorganizing a legal entity —shareholder:
  • in case of merger and acquisition — an extract from an order of transfer related to transfer of shares to a newly emerged entity;
  • in case of incorporating (joining) — an extract from an order of transfer related to transfer of shares to a legal entity which joins another legal entity;
  • in case of division or separation — an extract from severance balance related to share transfer to one or several newly emerged legal entities.
• Extracts from an order of transfer and a severance balance must be signed by general manager and chief accountant of a legal entity (entities).
