List of Documents Required for Making Entries in the Shareholder Register in Case of Changing Personal Data of a Registered Person

• application for changing personal data;
• Form for registration in the shareholders register completed by a registered person.

In case of changing a name by a registered person there should be submitted the original documents or their notary certified copies that confirm the fact of changing personal data, such as marriage certificate, statement of losing a passport etc.

In case of changing requisite details of a legal entity, copies of documents confirming the fact of changes (in the constituent documents, certificate of state registration, extract from minutes of the meeting of shareholders or founders, copy of the order, etc) certified by notary or by registration body shall be forwarded to the Registrar.
