Investor relations team was established to provide access to the information on Bank Vozrozhdenie in the most transparent and precise manner in line with best practices of corporate governance. Comprehensive and objective information on the bank’s activity for wide range of market players is the main goal of our team. It’s our contribution to maximization of market capitalization and liquidity of the bank’s shares.
IR team supplies information on Bank Vozrozhdenie for wide spectrum of the public focusing on investment analysts, shareholders and investors supporting them in making decision on investments in the bank’s shares. We are pleased that our work to support effective relationships with our investors has been recognized in our ranking by Standard and Poor’s in 2006, 2007 and 2008 and the bank was named as Russia’s most transparent bank among other banks from a shareholders perspective. In 2009 the bank has received rank 12 among 90 biggest public companies in Russia covering 80% of market capitalization, according to the research on informational transparency held annually by S&P.
Key task of our team is to create shareholder value. To achieve this task we’re seeking to provide the market with information sufficient to make an investment decision, estimate potential and reliability of the investments to the bank’s shares through timely transparent disclosure, accessible and quality information taking into account all legal and ethic issues.
Our communicative channels are: IR section of corporate web-site, meetings with investment analysts, shareholders, investors and other interested parties, preparation of Annual reports (printed and electronic versions), quarterly IFRS results, conference-calls and web-casts, distribution of e-mails and press-releases, disclosure of the material facts.
Investor Relation section plays a key role in achieving our goals providing in dynamic and democratic manner the opportunity to contact between Bank Vozrozhdenie and market through distribution of material information: market quotations and charts, information on shareholders, material facts and other mandatory information to be disclosed, news for investors, investor’s calendar, conference-calls, presentations, information on corporate governance and management team of the bank.
We are pleased to note that our job was recognized by the IR magazine Russia and CIS journal: in 2010 the bank ranked 3rd in nomination Best IR-manager (small and mid-cap companies), in 2009 — 4th in nomination Best IR-manager (small and mid-cap companies) and 5th in nomination «Best adaption to the needs of IR in a downturn. In 2008 the bank was recognized as the best IR in public company of financial sector according to Thomson Financial and Interfax Business Service research.
